Drops are literally non existent for botw in cemu. I tried it with my 2070 super Ryzen 7 3600x.
BOTW still runs poorly on Yuzu (under 3 weeks to TOTK), primarily due to a lack of optimization because of so many people shrieking about just using CEMU. I was hoping someone managed to get good settings for it so I would have the best chance of running TOTK when it inevitably leaks

Yuzu has an early access version that supposedly has amazingly improved performance, making the Switch version of BotW actually playable on the Deck. I haven't tried it personally, but my news feed has been blowing up with it the past week or so. I'd look into that.
