May 15, 2020 · I have 3 Tikka's, 1 Christiansen Ridgeline, and sold my Savage Ultralight. I love my Ridgeline but, for the money, Tikka all the way. Each Tikka I have was easy to load for and I get 1/2 moa or better. The Ridgeline I can only get down to 3/4 moa for twice, almost 3 times, the price. Colorado. Dec 7, 2018. #15. Mag. due to the availability of ammo and the additional velocity (and energy) it holds downrange vs. the 308. Tikka gives you more consistent rifles. Christensen are super hit or miss. Bergara is a good option too, but Tikka is the most consistent. That being said, most people are happy with Bergara out of the box, while most people want to replace the Tikka stocks.
