The greatsword is probably the best pure str weapon out there, if you can stand the delayed attacks. Even works well in PvP if you can delay your r1s or trick people into thinking you have less stamina than you do. Its not big and heavy, but the gargoyle bident should be mentioned. Depends on what you mean by DEX weapons. There are some fairly slow weapons with good DEX scaling for instance. And the Rapier certainly isn't a STR weapon but it has pretty mediocre DEX scaling (and is a DPS machine in spite of this -- mostly because it's fast enough to take advantage of the damage boost rings in the game)
