Hello Dark Souls 3 Community, I desperately need your help. After much deliberation, I think it is time for me to start an estoc based build. I have tried a bunch of new builds since launch, and I just haven't found anything quite as cancerous as the estoc was in DKS2. Its time for me to go back. Problem is,At 40 int, crystal estoc will have 250 magic ar, but even with 40/40 str/dex only 148 physical ar. Raw +10 has 262 physical ar. In one of those charts, at 60 int, the highest buff you can achieve is 227 with crystal magic weapon. I've used both, the estoc was pretty rad because it's range is ridiculous, it's speed is ridiculous and it's damage is ridiculous.On a pyro build i would recommend it in offhand, because some pyromancies combo with estoc light attack. Leo ring's not worth it though. It only increases physical damage, and you're probably infusing it with dark or chaos. Dark souls 1 in particular queues up every action. By doing a parry before a backstab you can sort of break out of the queue and move about freely as the other player is stuck in the animation.
