We are a very capable bunch and should definitely build each other up, support and learn from one another.I honestly think even med school interviews being remote is fine in comparison, but residency is a whole other game. The culture just matters so much more. That being said, it cost a TON in time and money. We need to bring it back in some shape or form with more available AAMC sponsored scholarships for those who can’t afford it.I'm in the same boat. I've read in a few places that the average time until interview invites is 2-3 weeks.I think this is true for people coming from non top-tier med schools, but there’s more leeway if you’re coming from a prestigious med school.
