Kubota b7800 loader lift capacity.
I have a Kubota B7800 with an LA402 loader and it has about a 900 pound capacity. Well I am moving wet heavy cly dirt and I am filling it to capacity. What happens when this happens is the loader will not lift. If I roll the bucket forward and lift up I loose some dirt but get it a little more off the ground.
Not sure of your actual loader configuration but it could be the cylinders are positioned so not much lift capacity is available when the bucket down on ground but has maximum lift when the bucket is high. ... (2140 lbs) Also, there is only a half MPH top speed difference between the two machines. The B2630 even has a higher pump output at 9.8 GPM vs 9.1 gpm on the B3030. Adding 0.3mm raises the pressure by 110 to 140 psi so you need 0.5 mm or there abouts. The easy way is to measure original thickness, then find a washer of the correct thickness or as I did, one slightly thicker and grind it down. A strong magnet to grip it and diamond hone does a good job.

If you look at the lift lever and follow the linkages back to the 3ph, you'll find a rod with a spring on it that goes through an eyelet on the 3ph lift arm. When the arm rises, it pulls against the spring-which is supposed to return the lift lever to the neutral position.

Clearly there are two different FEL's on BX23's. LA340 & LA340S and their lifting capacities are not the same. One has a greater capacity at ground level while the other has greater capacity at height. For comparison: At ground level: LA340 measured at the pivot pin can lift 1,407# but move the load forward 500mm and the capacity drops to 986#.
