My litter robot is not cycling.

Stuck in cycle mode but will not turn. Just got my litter robot 4. Straight out of the box and it will not function. It is stuck in a cycle mode (according to the pamphlet) yet is not actually cycling/turning. I hear the motor, but no movement. Ack!!!
