This worked for my Pixel 7 Pro which did not show up in File Explorer but appeared as Unspecified in Devices & Printers: on Pixel, Change to Developer Mode (tap 7 times at the Firmware version) Change to USB Debugging ON. Set default USB mode : File Transfer. on PC, open Printers & Device. click on Pixel 7 Pro (Unspecified) Click the > next to Devices or Portable Devices to expand your options. Right-click on Meta Quest and select Update Driver . Select the Browse My Computer option, then the Let me pick from a List option. Select MTP USB Device and then select Next to complete the update.
