12 Oct 2023 09:55 AM. Over the past couple of days our main Sky Q box keeps freezing, either when watching Live TV or when trying to go into certain recordings that need a password. The whole thing freezes and the only way to resolve is to turn it off at the wall. Internet is all fine and has not dropped so assume an issue with the box.First try rebooting the main Q box and then when this is completely back up and running reboot the mini. To reboot press Standby on your Sky Q remote (if the box responds to the remote), and then switch off and unplug at the mains.
