I know you can get accepted to more than one undergrad program, but it's just one interview with Drexel College of Medicine for all the affiliated programs, correct? So now that I have an interview, I don't need to hear from Drexel/Drexel to know I'll be considered for that combination also?

Cornell pre-med is def not easy and you will need to put the work in. However, from my experience the classes will prepare you well for the MCAT.
