well first things first, do you even know what codes ESP is giving? without that info, noone can diagnosis it. Now whoever told you that mercedes cant help is full of shit. a common ESP issue right now is the steering angle sensor which I have done hundreds of. it could also be a fault in the control unit, BAS system. you need to let us know what the code is otherwise we cant help.
