The following is a brief summary of discussions held during an informational meeting of the GHSA Reclassification Committee on Monday, May 11, 2015 at the GHSA office in Thomaston. The committee met for the third time in a series to discuss proposals, plans and suggestions for the coming (Fall of 2015) reclassification cycle.
The GHSA is going back to six classifications, with Class A still split among divisions. Class 6A will be the biggest 14 percent, with Class A the smallest 26 percent, and the middle classifications divided equally.
