Personally from experience I would say that you need some sort of tower that hits and possibly gives an effect to the zombies. Meaning Warden, Gladiator, or Sledger would be a good addition to add early game and in later game. If you don't have Accel then you should have Minigunner to give heavy damage. The key to a getting a good load out is. High damage tower (mini gunner, shot gunner, sniper etc) Support (if your teammates don’t have any in their loadout) Economic towers (farm, cowboy) even if your loadout is cheap you should still include one of these. And honestly the most important thing is that it works.
