I solved it! Turns out an old version of Emudeck installed the Linux Discovery store version of Yuzu and it had compatibility issues, they changed it in recent updates, but I still had the old version. I needed to uninstal yuzu (just from the discovery store, all my files were left in tact on emudeck), and then update emudeck.
