I duel wield Nagakiba and Moonveil currently for my first run. Moonveil is on the right hand, and therefore always accessible. Nagakiba is on the left, and I switch to two-handing that when I want Hoarfrost. I also can swap out to a shield or a bow, and have a seal as an alt on the right hand for a little utility.
