I turn the key and it has full power to lights, radio, dash, ect and I hear the fuel pump wind up but there is no turn over. Nothing, no sound from the engine at all.

For over a year now, I have had intermittent start problems on my 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT 4.0L. I replaced the starter (no difference). The WIN module was recently replaced too and did not make any difference. From the research I have done, it sounds like the neutral safety switch is the issue.
