I learned a long time ago…. Never tighten one screw/bolt all the way down to start. Snug a little, other one, snug a little, other one. I got both mine snug, then another 1/4 turn or so. I think the torque spec is 15 in pounds… Good luck. Going to go put more down range later today. Everything was flush and tight, plate, sight….
