I spent the entire month watching kdramas and the night before the comat I took a red eye across the country, landed 2 hrs before the comat, got to where I was staying and fell asleep during the comat for a little bit. I did my Level 1 retake 2 weeks before my IM COMAT and thought that was enough for me personally but I think comquest alone would help you pass. You'll probably pass, but 400 + 120 questions in total - that's a bit on a lower side for IM. If you are a good test taker - you'll pass.
