Paint pontoon fencing.
My plan was to remove the flaky parts, paint over the rest, and then cover that area with an entirely new decal. I figured it would minimize the effort required and yield a decent-looking boat. My next big task was prepping and painting one section of fence. As with all paint jobs, the prep was the hard part.
