Vehicles get added periodically and it's based off of availability in your area, your specific configuration, and other factors for what's available to you.

For the first time ever in my experience, the offerings I saw in the Shop were a mix of R1T and R1S. There also were far more vehicles than I've ever seen offered in the Shop.
