I do have both, A5X and A6X. I use the larger one on the job for extensive note taking and reviewing / annotating pdf files. For this I prefer the larger screen. The A6X is my private device mostly for eBook reading and the odd notes, reminders, lists and scribbles, on the go, on the sofa or in bed. For this I prefer the smaller size.If you primarily want an ereader with some note taking ability, get the scribe. If you want to be able to access (as in edit bi-directionally), the scribe is not the answer. If note taking is your primary use case with ability to read ebooks, keep your Boox. The Boox is a tablet with the ability to use android apps.
