SXM is in the Dutch side of St Maarten and as far as I can remember the ATMs distribute USD and NAFs, apart from one between the arrivals and departure areas which also give the options to get Euros.5. Pepper, the section of the terminal that has reopened is the lower, ground floor. That was the former "B Gates" area. You always walked out to a bus that took you to your plane where you walked up the moveable steps. The jetways (ramps) were from the "A Gates" area on the second floor.
