Dasher direct is great, if it's not your only access to money. You should have a real bank account that you can access money easily. Especially if DD is your only job. If it's not, no real reason to worry about it. DD has high fees to cash out your money on demand to your bank, as opposed to GH which only charges .50 cents.

If you don't have a debit card for the Venmo/PayPal account then I don't know which one, just transferring to a debit card straight from your dasher account or from a Venmo/PayPal etc account, is the better option cause I have never done either.
