Compared to Step1, most of the exams vary wildly in predictive value. It is much more difficult to get a sense of your potential score from step2 practice exams. Just think of it as additional practice questions and leave it at that. Don't worry about the percent correct which has little value in predicting your score. It also doesn't really cover all the high yield topics and in my experience none of the questions on the free 120 end up on the actual exam.
