Pepperstone razor accounts have commission and pretty much raw spreads. I see 0-0.2 pips on eurusd with 6$ round trip. So often 0.6-8pip cost round trip. They offer traditional No comms. Oanda wins for small accounts as they will let you place a trade of 1 unit.
