Well, technically my Izanagi build is a high mag persona. He naturally gains pretty high mag stats, and I offset it a little by making sure he doesn't put anything into Luck. With Godly Robes, he'll easily reach 99 for mag and Str while En and Ag could both at 76 (not including arcana chances).

Algus 15 years ago #10. Unfortunately in Persona 4 leveling up your Personas is a lot of work. They took a lot more XP to level up then everyone else so they bottom out quickly. You CAN overpower the lower tier Personas but it takes some creative fusing and a lot of grinding. But yeah...it is a shame that Izanagi gets useless so quickly.
