Basically filling in where rockets hit genrally in a larger radius, I say cut splash damage waaaay down on all grenade launchers (save maybe single shot launchers) and amp up the direct impact damage all around to the point where landing direct shots with a mag of say 8 grenades will equal the damage of like 4 rockets in half the time.
