You might get a whole driveway done or just a few passes. Shut off the truck let it sit and it may or may not work. Replaced...3. tested the plow and iso module from the dodge with the chevy and everything works. 4. bypassed the module at the 4 pin connector and all plow functions work perfectly. 5. Yes but if the controller isn't turning on, then power will never come out of the solenoid. The solenoid won't turn on the plow motor unless the controller calls for it to. But if the controller isn't turning on, then the solenoid will stay off forever.

Last season when i dropped the plow everything was working. This year nothing. No switch over with the lights and no power to the box type controller. I have cleaned and checked all grounds , fuses on the harness, as well as the fuse in the fusebox. Fisher had no real explanation. Beyond that, damage to the data wires either in the control harness pigtail or the power cable can cause sporadic stuff on the plow side, though i don't think the controller itself would be affected that way.
