There’s a lot of stock E*TRADE will not let you trade because they consider it high risk. You will get an alert, the opening transaction for caveat emptor security are not permitted. And there’s no way to filter those out. The way I look at it is if you can’t buy it, you shouldn’t be able to see it or at least have a filter to hide them.
