Unplugged the maf sensor, removed the box, enlarged the holes on the side and opened a triangular one in the front. Just like the info on Kennedy diesel page. Holes are below the filter. It was for the air intake heater, so I erased the code, installed a load resistor and yet have the CEL come back on.
