Let's get started! The VA's C&P exam providers has went from bad to worst. The V.A. has currently switched my upcoming appointment to "Oputm Serve". Of course, I've had nothing but terrible service with "QTC". At least "QTC" scheduled my C&Ps in a timely manner. However, "Optum Serve" keep telling me no providers are available to conduct my exam.
