It seems to me that if the stator was going bad or completely failed, you would have battery charge problems, as the stator (alternator) is what charges and maintains the charge of the battery along with the voltage regulator. Fuses blow for one of two reasons, the equipment they are supplying is drawing too much current or there is a short to ground. A short to ground is the more often found problem. There is nothing to do but investigate. Look at the entire wiring harness for damage.Have proper voltage at BUS and have proper voltage at relay but it also has voltage on the ECM control wire from ECM which should be ground to function relay.
