The spectrum app on Xumo is garbage. To not support pause and rewind and fast forward is far inferior to the set top dvr. My streaming service at my other home is DirectTV Streaming and I have cloud dvr service. That service allows me to pause rewind and fast forward while watching any live show, from any of my streaming boxes.I've had it for over a month and I like it. I also use the DVR option. Spectrum rents them for 5dls per month or a one time purchase of 60 dls and recording to the cloud is 4.99. When Xumo boxes are purchased outright, they can be exchanged in a Spectrum store within the first 30 days. After the 30 days, any warranty or replacement issues would need to be handled by the Xumo site chat. We do still support the devices and handle troubleshooting, etc, but Xumo would handle the warranty issues.

April 21. Terry: Spectrum is having some major cloud DVR issues right now. Several of us are having similar problems. Supposedly they are working on fixing it. They don't appear to have the capacity and equipment needed to handle the service they are offering.
