Really you should only need one, I tend to pack a First Aid kit with 5 or so bandages, some other various meds, tweezers/holders, 5 suture needles, and repeat till it's filled. But it will heal, just keep your health full by eating a lot. Staying full will help with healing. Don't go over loaded either, drops your health to 75%. Sterilize some bandages in main inventory and be ready for click fest cause that thing has sprung a leak.
