The only place I've found M16s and the like is at the military checkpoint near Louisville. Military base definitely isn't worth the sheer hassle of going there, it should be given a proper road in my opinion. I have been basing myself out of the rosewood firestation and after hitting the surplus store I decided to try my luck with the army base in the woods. This place is a PAIN to get to considering I did not hit it until a few months in meaning trees and bushs made the road there basically impassible to vehicles.
