They quoted me 15 thousand dollars for a rebuilt engine for the Kia, with 68 thousand miles on the new engine I would be paying that amount out of pocket. Say the engine is blown, connectors have caught fire, etc. Then Carvana told me the car was only worth 3000 dollars in great condition.
The warranty provider would not cover the tires and neither would Carvana. The Silver Rock warranty clearly stated that the tires were covered. I ended up paying over 1000.00 to replace the tires. Dealer said they have no way how Carvana ever sold this car as drivable. I called Carvana which extended the 7 day warranty to 14 however it expired before the car was fixed and they wouldn't extend it further.
