SimonRim is the way to go IMO for most of them, especially Adamant + Hand to Hand. Combining Lockpicking and Pickpocket into one perk makes it so you actually can invest in pickpocket without too much concern, since it's a total waste in vanilla I do like some of the Enai versions more, as some do feel more impactful like Wintersun vs Pilgrim.
