There is no filter specific for synthetic oil. There are, however, filters with better filtering media vs. paper found in most filters. Mobil 1 M1-110 is one of them. Bosch 3323 is another. It can get stuck pretty easily so you want to be sure you use a box end wrench or you'll likely round the corners and then really have a problem.
