After months of searching, I have had zero luck trying to find a GT4 RS (except for a couple of cars in Europe, where they were asking around $300K for a used car). As a consolation prize, last month, I was fortunate to obtain an allocation (due to a cancellation) for a regular GT4 which should be ready in late-December.

It depends on your dealership - some dealers get a lot more allocations than others. So no. 4 in waitlist may take 3 quarters or 2 years depending on what their allocation numbers are. Best is to ask your dealer how many have they sold in the last 1 year and add a 20% margin on top, to get a decent estimate.
