They may just be super loose due to a lazy mechanic not going around multiple times with the torque wrench (or calibrated wrist, more likely). Most every 6mm bolt (10mm head) on the entire engine is torqued to 8.7 ft-lbs. 10mm bolts (12mm head) are torqued to 16 ft-lbs. My guess is these are no different.

Had to get an oil change and ended up going to the dealer - on their inspection they said there's a leak on the bank 2 rocker arm oil control valve. Quoted me $722 for the replacement.
