Your best bet is to do an interim switch to FDD. IB job market is not good right now and the standards are higher than they were in 2021, so you’d also have to get comfortable working in FDD for a year or two. Other option is MBA but if you ask me, it’s not worth the cost unless money is not an issue for you.
