I did NOT have any of the issues or concerns mentioned in any of these reviews. I purchased about 750 square feet of LVT and Bamboo wood for stairs from Lowes, with Keller being the installers. Once all of the material was delivered, I received a call from Keller to confirm that everything was delivered. They then scheduled a 2-day install.

We purchased carpet for the great room of our home in March 2013 from Lowe's. It was installed by subcontractors from Keller Interiors. Less than a year later the carpet is coming apart at the seam. Both Lowe's and Keller Interiors refuse to repair it. We've never been treated with such rudeness and disregard.
