Yes it does. It does stack. This is actually one of the best ways deal with the NG+ boss. Combine it with Joker's Ultimate Persona, who resists everything and nulls Curse & Bless, and you're only taking 12.5% of the damage you normally would. Otherwise, with just Firm Stance and Divine Pillar, you're taking only 25% damage. Yes they stack.
Now I'm not at home, but I remembered that Personas can learn the skill "Firm Stance". Both Firm Stance and Divine Pillar have the same effect: Halves any damage, but cannot evade at all. Is it possible to stack both and reduce the damage to 100%? Someone say it is so. That would be amazing. Edit Sadly, they do not stack. I tested this myself.
An accessory with the same effect as a passive skill doesn't stack with that same skill.
