My unlocked phone not compatible with T-Mobile network. I checked with the IMEI of a couple of phones, it says that the phone is not compatible with the t-mobile network, even though the phone is unlocked and supports the required bands for t-mobile. The phone is OnePlus Nord CE 5g. They are both purchased in India.

Even a phone I bought from Visible in 2021 shows not compatible and I had no issue activating a card in it. It is my opinion that Visible only shows phones compatible for those that were sold by them in 2022 to current and all other phones will show not compatible.
