I purchased a brand new pair of Astro A40 with the mix amp pro. These are the Xbox/Pc version with the slider switch. I have downloaded the Astro Command Center app from Microsoft store and tried to update the firmware through it. When they did not work, I tried to manually update in the settings to version 36789 by opening the update file.
