It starts again and after sitting about 5-10 minutes and seems to drive fine otherwise. No lights go off, it just dies and I loose power steering.

What I mean by heat tabs is the engine rebuilders place these in the engine somewhere to save their ass through the warranty. Meaning they Will know if I ran the jeep while hot because heat tabs will be melted and thus voiding my warranty. I hope this hasnt happened.
