Suzuki outboard no power to ignition.

No lights, no indicator lights, no horn, no nothing. I pulled the bat out and hooked it to the charger and the charger said that it was fully charged after 10 seconds or so. Put batt back in and still nothing. Checked the voltage and it showed 12.9 or so. Checked 30 amp fuses and they were both good.Many (not all) have a 20 amp fuse/breaker in the dash or a separate fuse panel or possibly inline with the 12 volt line feeding the key switch.
