The depth chart shows the starters are in but when I resume play the second string players are still in. Nobody's injured and morale is up. Just got into the playoffs. On offense, the QB and offensive line starters stay in but only backups are in at HB, WR, and TE. On defense, the starters at MLB, CB1, and FS stay in, but everything else gets replaced with backups. I have progressive fatigue turned off. Tried various fatigue slider settings, still not changing anything. Auto Sub settings haven't been touched. Franchise mode im assuming (THATS ALL I PLAY) Generally its b/c of Fatigue. Check out their Stamina if its low theres a good changce they play ALOT LESS. My Mobile QB is inaccurate slow and even fumbles way more b/c hes exhausted which is sorta cool I know TWO fixes Both are under the Main Menu in Franchise mode.

While playing the last couple weeks in franchise mode, my 1st string offense switchs to second string after 1 play on offense. I can't change it after. The depth chart is correct. No fatigue. You have to manage you sub out/sub in, and also make sure on your weekly training your starters aren’t practicing in full pads every time.
